About Us

Executive Bios

Neven Vidas, President and CEO has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from New York University and has worked in the plastics industry for over 20 years. After working in New York in banking for 5 years, he moved to Asia where he worked with Samsung Chemical and other major petrochemical companies trading plastics. Since opening Madison International, Inc. in 1994, Neven has spent his time and efforts developing recycling solutions for companies worldwide. Today, he handles purchasing of all plastics for the company and maintains relationships with vendors. Neven lives in Southern California and works out of our San Clemente, CA office.

Lou Vidas, Vice President has been with the company since 1994. Until joining Madison International, Inc., Lou worked in the furniture import-export industry. Lou has over 50 years of experience in international trade. Today, Lou handles the companies logistics division and shipping contracts. Lou heads our New York, NY office.

Alan Lau, Managing Director is located in our Hong Kong office. Alan has opened several recycling facilities in North America and in China. He spends most of his time in China managing our companies joint venture reprocessing unit. Alan's expertise is in compounding, material testing, and handling. Alan has over 20 years of technical and analytical experience in the plastics industry.

Melina Keith, Executive Assistant handles all customs, taxes and administrative functions concerning our international shipments. Melina has been with Madison International, Inc. for over 10 years and has a vast network of contacts in the shipping and recycling industry.
